- We reserve the right to cancel a booking if full payment is not received within the specified time frame.
3. Pricing and Inclusions

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation charges apply as follows:
- 30+ days before departure: 10% of total cost (processing fee)
- 15–29 days before departure: 25% of total cost
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% of total cost
- Less than 7 days / no show: 100% of total cost
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after confirmation.
5. Changes and Modifications
- Vintage Nepal reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, political unrest, road conditions, or other unavoidable situations.
- In such cases, equivalent alternatives will be offered without compromising overall trip quality.
- If the traveler voluntarily leaves a trip early or skips activities, no refunds will be provided.
6. Health and Safety
- Travelers must ensure they are physically fit for the trip they book.
- It is mandatory to disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation.
- We strongly recommend purchasing personal travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, evacuation, and cancellations.
7. Responsibility and Liability
- Vintage Nepal acts only as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, guides, and other third-party suppliers.
- We are not liable for injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party acts, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- In case of disputes, Vintage Nepal’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.

- Clients are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documents such as passports, visas, and permits.
- We provide assistance and advice but are not liable for any delays or denials caused by documentation issues.
